Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases from lovedpieces.com, run by TON Creative Studios AB, Västergatan 6D, 352 30 Växjö, Sweden, organisation number 559029-8450, VAT number SE559029845001 ("Loved Pieces", "we"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Our products

We sell personalised jewellery and keychains engraved to your design. Items are made from 304L stainless steel, in silver-tone steel or with 18k gold or 18k rose gold plating. Plated items are not solid gold. Product sizes are listed on each product page and may vary slightly.

2. Your design

  • You are responsible for checking your design, spelling, dates and the preview before ordering. We engrave what you approve.
  • The 3D preview is a close guide. Small differences in tone and line can occur with laser engraving on metal.
  • Our team may simplify fine details so they engrave clearly. If a design cannot be engraved well, we will contact you before production.
  • You confirm that you have the right to use any photo, text or artwork you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
  • We may refuse designs that are unlawful, hateful, offensive, or that infringe trademarks or copyright.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes for countries outside the EU and US may be charged on delivery and are paid by the recipient. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable or a price was clearly wrong.

5. Production and delivery

Items are made to order, usually within 2–5 business days, then shipped tracked. Delivery times are estimates. See our shipping page. Risk passes to you when the item is delivered.

6. Right of withdrawal

Because our items are made to your specifications, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Article 16(c), Directive 2011/83/EU). See our refund policy for faulty or damaged items.

7. Guarantee

You have a legal guarantee of conformity under EU law for at least two years from delivery. Normal wear of plating and damage from misuse are not defects.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the item concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limit, for example in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, the engraving studio and our engraving styles, belongs to us or our licensors. You keep the rights to the photos and designs you upload, and give us a licence to use them only to make and deliver your order.

10. Gift cards

Gift cards are sent by email, can be used for any piece in our store and do not expire. Any remaining balance stays on the card for your next order. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it.

11. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without removing any protection you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@lovedpieces.com. You may also bring a complaint to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN, www.arn.se) or to the courts of your country of residence.
