Every piece is made to order, just for you. Here is how long it takes to reach you.
1. We make your piece
Production takes 2–5 business days. Our team checks your design, then it is engraved, polished and packed in its jewellery box.
2. We ship it, tracked
We ship from the Netherlands for Europe and from the United States for North America. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves.

These are typical times, not guarantees. Busy seasons, like the weeks before Christmas and Mother's Day, can add a few days. Order early if you need it by a date.
Shipping costs
- One item: tracked shipping, shown at checkout in your own currency
- Two or more items: free shipping and 10% off, applied in your bag
Duties and import tax
There are no customs charges within the EU or the US. Orders to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and some other countries may be charged import tax or duties by local customs. These are set by your country and paid on delivery.
Sending a gift
Every piece arrives in a black jewellery box, ready to give. Enter the recipient's address at checkout to send it straight to them.
